Microsoft Word: Add checkboxes to your documents.

I was recently creating a word document and I needed to know how to have check boxes appear in the document. It took me a while to find something that would actually give me a step by step direction on what to do in order to accomplish that.

The fast way is:
Enable the developer toolbar.
